To work as a Property Representative in Tasmania, you are required to pass an exam with the Property Agents Board. This workshop prepares you with the knowledge, skills and confidence to pass the exam and build a solid foundation for a successful career in real estate.
Our workshop gives students an introduction to both sales and property management roles and the responsibilities required for working in the real estate industry.

The Course Covers
- Legislation governing the practice of real estate and those who work in the industry.
- Core functions of agency practice, ethical practices and codes of conduct, and the roles and responsibilities of those selling and managing property.
- Handling and completion of common property related documents, correspondence and statements Selling and finalising the sale of property by private treaty.
- Qualifying buyers, property inspection, documenting and submitting offers, negotiation, & monitoring the process.
- Method and skill required to lease property. Tenant enquiries, conducting inspections, tenancy applications, and documentation.
- Trust accounting basics and the requirements of Real Estate Agents under legislation to correctly manage trust accounts.

Exam Preparation Training
The Property Agents Board of Tasmania conducts examinations for the qualification of property representative and general auctioneers. Exams are scheduled in Hobart, Launceston and Ulverstone.
