Refunds Policy

All Refund Requests must be made in writing (email) to the Student Experience Team. We are committed to providing a fair and equitable refund policy for all students.

Extension Policy

Queries about extensions to a student for their course of study and/or assessment. Guidelines for the granting of an extensions to a student for their course of study and/or assessment

Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) Policy

We are committed to recognising all potential and enrolled student’s current skill and knowledge.

Plagiarism Policy

Plagiarism or cheating is when a student copies the answers of another student and submits it as their own work.

Complaints Policy

All complaints will be dealt with in a responsive, confidential and fair manner and will be managed in accordance with our complaints policy.

Appeals Policy

A set of guidelines that establishes a formal process for individuals or entities to challenge decisions they believe were made improperly or unfairly.

Credit Transfer Policy

Credit transfer is the process of recognising a student’s skill and knowledge achieved through a formal education and training process.
