Not Happy with a Decision? Here’s What to Do
If you think a decision made about your course or assessment was wrong or unfair, you can appeal it. We want to hear from you and we promise to treat your concerns seriously and respectfully.
What Can You Appeal?
- Assessment results
- Course access issues
- Process or admin decisions
You must submit your appeal within 10 working days of the original decision.
What is the Process?
A student enrolled in a course who would like to lodge an appeal, should undertake the following steps:
- In the first instance, Send your appeal in writing to help@realestatetrainingcentre.com. Explain what decision you’re appealing and why.
- Include any evidence you think helps your case.
- We will respond within 2 working days to confirm we received it.
- An independent team member will review your appeal (they won’t be the person who made the original decision).
- You may be invited to an online meeting to talk about your appeal.
- You’ll receive a final decision within 10 working days of submitting the appeal.
- Still not satisfied? You can request an external review.
Your Rights
- You won’t be penalised for lodging an appeal.
- We handle all appeals confidentially.
- Our goal is to treat every student fairly and respectfully.
