Part 1
Ingoing Inspections, drug contamination, prospective tenant applications and advertising a property for rent.
Part 2
Variations of rent, method of payments of rent, lodging/repaying bond, keeping/refusing pets, minimum housing conditions/standards, minimum efficiency standards and alterations to premises.
Part 3
Notice of entry, routine inspections, photographing the premises, statutory charges, assigning, subletting, break lease costs, dealing with tenant and prospective tenant information
Part 4
Death of sole tenant, termination of agreement by landlord due to tenant breach, terminating a periodic tenancy, terminating a fixed term tenancy, domestic abuse, and retaliatory behaviour
