Continuing Professional Development (CPD)
2020 has seen major reforms to the regulation of real estate and property agents in New South Wales, including changes to the Continuing Professional Development (CPD) requirements.
Class 1 and Class 2 licence holders must complete a total of three (3) hours of compulsory and (3) hours of elective CPD training making a total of six (6) hours CPD for the 2020 CPD year (now 23 March to 22 March each year).
Please note: From 22 March 2021 Class 1 holders are required to complete 9 CPD points with 3 hours being Busines Topics.
Failure to comply with your CPD requirements may result in the suspension or cancellation of your licence or certificate. Please see the NSW Fair Trading website for more information.
