CPP41419 Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice is the new licensing qualification for New South Wales.
This qualification is the educational licensing requirement for people working towards their Class 2 License^. The qualification is available for completion via Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL).
Our RPL process has been established to provide an assessment pathway for experienced salespeople and property managers to gain the new qualification required for licensing in NSW
This RPL process is industry endorsed and supported. This course designed for those real estate salespeople and property managers who wish to apply for their Class 2 Agents license for Real Estate.
Our RPL process will allow you to provide evidence of your current skill and knowledge of the real estate industry in NSW and have it assessed against the units of competency in the licensing qualification CPP41419 Certificate IV in Real estate practice.
You will be supported throughout the RPL by our Student Experience Team and qualified RPL assessor who is also an experienced real estate agent. We will guide and assist through the process from enrolment to completion. We are only a phone call or email away.
Successful completion of the CPP41419 Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice by RPL will provide you with the educational qualification to apply to Fair Trading for your Class 2 license after 23 March 2020.

You must satisfy the following requirements to enrol in this course:
- Hold a current NSW Certificate of Registration
- Have a minimum of 12 months current real estate experience
- Be able to provide evidence of your CPD for the last 3 years
- Hold a valid Unique Student Identifier (USI)
