Harcourts Real Estate Training Centre (HRETC) Coaches offer an important source of learning for our real estate training students. As well as the online training (which is self paced and can be undertaken whenever is most convenient to the student) our students also have an opportunity to ask questions and interact directly with our regional coaches (who are real people with real industry experience).
The role of HRETC Regional Coaches includes :
- Assistance with study plans if students are finding it hard to move through the units in a timely manner.
- A real life real estate voice to answer any questions about units
- Face to face student support sessions if needed
Daryll Roberts took over the role as the QLD Regional Coach in May 2023, after extensive experience working within the Harcourts New Zealand franchise network. With a background in law, specialising in contracts, dispute resolution, and international law, Daryll is also an enrolled Barrister and Solicitor. He was a Branch Manager for Harcourts Hamilton in New Zealand and has been a three-time award winning auctioneer with excellent knowledge of law, auctioneering and more.
Daryll sees an important part of his role as fostering the development of new real estate agents in such a way that they can go out and confidently and competently work in the real estate industry. Daryll also works on a one-on-one coaching basis with established senior agents to support their aspirations for continued growth and excellence.
Our Queensland real estate training students have the opportunity to study towards a successful career in real estate and will be contacted and supported by Daryll as part of their ongoing learning.
